During the Christmas weekend we also got our first....

cold. That's right, Busybel has a cold of some sort. I thought she sounded congested in the chest a hand-full of days ago so I turned the humidifier on again. Well, last night she had trouble going to sleep and staying asleep and it was because she couldn't breathe. We ended up putting her in bed with us about 9:30-ish and back in her crib sometime around 12:30. She slept there the rest of the night and woke up just after 5. She has a hard time breathing when she is laying down, so we've been giving her a little more bottle today so she can stay sitting up to eat. Otherwise she'll only nurse for a few minutes at a time. Her appetite is good and she is otherwise happy. Of course we're hoping this is as bad as this cold will get and it'll be on it's merry way tomorrow.
