She's been busy

In the past week Busybel has spent a fair amount of time cruising. More and more she'll let go of whatever it is she's holding on to and take a few steps on her own. She's up to 8 in a row now! She also wants to walk more holding on to our hands. Not that long ago she wasn't really interested, but now we'll walk the entire house in one shot. I don't think it'll take too much longer to move from the pre-toddler stage to the toddler stage.
Target has all of their left-over Easter stuff on sale so we bought a felt basket for her. I think it cost all of 50 cents, so if she didn't like it, no big deal. Well, she does like it. And, like anything else that can fit on her head, that's where she put it.

The East Coast and West Coast families finally all got hooked up with webcams and programs to use them. Sunday was Isabel's first time "talking" to someone through a computer. She wasn't quite sure what to make of it, but after a while she chattered away. Ryan's mom was super thrilled to be able to see and hear her. They played peek-a-boo (Isabel's favorite game)and chatted over some cheese. Sometimes technology is a good thing : )
